Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Facility Management Site Manager to join a market-leading firm in the Dresden area. Day-to-day responsibilities involve critical operational tasks such as detailed scheduling and capacity planning, preparing quotes and contract amendments, and overseeing project controlling. A key component of the role is providing technical leadership to the operational team and actively managing client relationships through consulting and care. The ideal candidate must possess a Master Craftsman certification (Meister) in Electrical Engineering or HVAC/Plumbing, or an equivalent certified Technician/Engineering degree. You must also bring several years of relevant professional experience, ideally within a similar management capacity.
