Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Facility Management Site Manager to join a market leader in the Regensburg area. The core responsibilities involve comprehensive project oversight, including critical tasks like scheduling, capacity planning, and generating quotes and supplementary offers. A significant part of the job is the technical leadership of the team and ensuring smooth project execution through effective controlling. Furthermore, the Site Manager will be the primary point of contact for client consultation and relationship management, participating in contract award discussions and maintaining meticulous documentation. The ideal candidate holds a Master Craftsman certification in Electrical Engineering or HVAC/Sanitary systems, or an equivalent technical degree or university qualification, coupled with several years of professional experience, ideally in a similar management position.
