Job Summary

This role is for an experienced AI Engineering Lead who will take a pivotal, hands-on role in designing, architecting, and implementing end-to-end scalable AI systems for a dynamic HealthTech startup. The successful candidate will leverage a strong background in software development, AI, and Machine Learning to drive the technical vision, set engineering standards, and actively shape how users interact with AI. Day-to-day tasks include building and optimizing AI Agents, applying techniques like RLHF and DPO for fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs), and ensuring the scalability and performance of the backend.
