Job Summary

This role involves defining system and equipment requirements related to Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) for AIRBUS Defence and Space in Manching. The engineer will be responsible for coordinating and validating test requirements and plans, participating in qualification processes (including EMC, lightning protection, NEMP, and NH), and overseeing supplier EMC activities. A key part of the job includes evaluating supplier and test reports, assessing changes concerning EMC and lightning protection measures, and supporting release processes and on-aircraft EMC test campaigns. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or Communication Technology, possesses professional experience in EMC and aerospace (beneficial), and demonstrates strong communication and independent decision-making skills.
