Job Summary

This role involves critical quality control and rework of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) assemblies within a continuously expanding electronics manufacturing company. The AOI Operator and Rework Technician will be responsible for verifying results from Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems, independently processing manufacturing orders, and performing quality control, rework, and modification of electronic assemblies. A core part of the job is communicating defect patterns to internal quality assurance and contributing to quality improvement measures using AOI data. Candidates must possess manual dexterity, practical soldering experience, and a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness. Experience operating AOI rework stations, ideally Viscom and Yamaha systems, and a willingness to work in a two-shift operation are essential for success in this high-tech environment.
