Job Summary
This role involves managing and implementing approved projects in collaboration with external IT service providers, focusing heavily on the digitalization and transformation of existing business processes. Key responsibilities include coordinating application administration, overseeing information systems support, and managing incident, problem, and change processes, including escalation and third-party vendor management. A significant component of the job is ensuring information security compliance, particularly within the context of 'critical infrastructure' according to the BSI Act. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification, practical experience in project planning and execution, and strong affinity for customizing information systems, coupled with experience in controlling and monitoring IT service providers.
