Job Summary

This senior leadership role involves overseeing the complete value chain for the implementation of charging infrastructure projects within the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) business. The successful candidate will provide both technical and disciplinary leadership for multiple teams exceeding 20 employees, reporting directly to the Managing Directors. Key responsibilities include acting as the Quality Gate for project development and construction, ensuring economic viability by continuously monitoring key figures, and managing strategic departmental growth aligned with future market trends and corporate strategy. Candidates must possess an Engineering degree, extensive leadership experience at the department level, and proven expertise in electromobility or renewable energy infrastructure planning and execution. Fluency in both German (C2) and English (C1) is mandatory, alongside strong project management skills and a cooperative leadership style focused on efficiency and transparency.
