Job Summary

This role supports clinical research teams within the pharmaceutical industry, specifically assisting the Clinical Trial Associate and/or Contracting teams as Trial Support. Day-to-day responsibilities include the continuous administration and archiving of study documents, supporting the creation of study documentation for ethics and regulatory submissions, and managing contract administration across various indications. The role also involves distributing study materials, general data entry, and supporting the contracting process for study agreements, including tracking, shipping, quality control, and archiving. Key qualifications include a successful vocational training as a Biological Technical Assistant (BTA) or Clinical Technical Assistant (CTA), coupled with initial professional experience in commercial or administrative fields. Proficiency in MS Office and strong verbal and written skills in both English and German are essential for success in this team-oriented and structured environment.
