Job Summary

This role is centered on ensuring optimal operational processes within the drying and energy generation sectors. The supervisor will continuously monitor, document, and standardize workflows, analyzing key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement. A significant part of the job involves contributing expertise to the planning and implementation of necessary investment measures for production development, including active participation in relevant projects. Furthermore, the role requires close collaboration with maintenance teams during plant revisions and planned shutdowns. The successful candidate will assume the technical leadership of the drying/energy team, focusing on employee development and qualification, while also ensuring strict adherence to and optimization of work safety standards and legal requirements. Candidates must have completed technical or manual vocational training, possess several years of production experience, and demonstrate strong organizational, problem-solving, and IT skills.
