Job Summary

This role seeks a System Technician to act as the technical expert for electroacoustic security systems, specifically Voice Alarm Systems, within a leading security solutions provider in Achern. The primary focus is systems analysis, testing, explanation, and optimization, operating internally rather than on construction sites. Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact for technical inquiries, analyzing requirements, developing technical solution concepts for internal teams (Sales and Technology), conducting product tests, and actively contributing to system optimization and development. The ideal candidate has completed technical training in electrical engineering or IT, possesses a keen interest in complex technical systems, and ideally has foundational knowledge of IT, PC technology, networking, or interfaces.
