Job Summary

This role involves the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions, primarily utilizing Automation Anywhere, to enhance key business processes for efficiency and accuracy within a major insurance and financial services provider. The developer will be a central part of an agile automation team, contributing significantly to the strategic integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into business processes, including intelligent analysis and classification. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing and designing business processes for automation potential, collaborating closely with business units to gather requirements, conducting testing, maintaining technical documentation, and resolving incidents within the RPA environment. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification, fundamental professional experience in RPA development, and familiarity with agile methods and process analysis.
