Job Summary

This role involves specialized assembly work within the micro-electronics sector of a major defense and technology company, focusing on Chip-on-Board (COB) manufacturing. The specialist will execute, monitor, and test diverse COB production orders according to existing manufacturing plans. Key daily tasks include assembling COB circuits based on drawings and bills of materials, creating precise 25 µ gold wire connections using a Wire Bonder, performing self-inspection, and documenting results.
