Job Summary
This role seeks a Specialist in Processes, Digitalization, and IT Services to drive operational efficiency within a leading caravan trade company. Day-to-day responsibilities involve analyzing, structuring, and continuously developing existing work processes across core business areas, including sales, service, and the workshop. The specialist will identify weaknesses and media disruptions, conceptualize and implement standardized, practical processes, and design and deploy new digital solutions and automated workflows. Additionally, the role serves as the primary interface to external IT providers and provides essential First-Level IT support to internal employees. Ideal candidates possess a commercial or technical background, high IT affinity, and a strong understanding of operational procedures. Experience in process analysis and workflow optimization is advantageous. Experience

- Professional experience working as an interface to external IT service providers
