Candidates must hold a degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering and ideally possess professional experience with modern test systems and methods. Practical knowledge of tools like DOORS, Matlab/Simulink, and MBSE is required, alongside expertise in crucial aviation standards such as ARP4754, DO-178, and DO-254.
