Job Summary

This role is for a Technical Expert specializing in the Ab Initio platform within the Data & Analytics Services group of LBBW, a leading German bank. The expert acts as the central IT contact for the technical provision and continuous evolution of the Ab Initio platform. Day-to-day responsibilities involve active technological development, creating strategies and concepts for migrating the existing on-prem platform to a Private Cloud, and participating hands-on in implementation projects from requirement gathering to technical execution. The position requires coordinating external partners, managing dependencies with stakeholders, and providing critical support and incident management to ensure high customer satisfaction and IT delivery. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field, coupled with extensive practical experience (at least 5 years) in Ab Initio technology, application management, and infrastructure components like Kubernetes and Unix systems.
