Job Summary

This role involves independently conceptualizing, planning, leading, and coordinating renewal and new construction projects within the field of Electrical Engineering (KG 400) across all service phases for a major international trade fair organizer. The manager will be responsible for evaluating existing systems for operational optimization, conducting feasibility and profitability analyses, and coordinating technical interfaces between different trades. Key tasks include creating tender documents, execution plans, managing procurement negotiations, and overseeing the entire commissioning, invoicing, and cost management for assigned projects and external service providers. The ideal candidate must hold a Master Craftsman or Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering and possess extensive experience in planning, construction management, and site supervision, coupled with proficiency in relevant software and a strong business-oriented mindset.
