Job Summary

This role is for a highly skilled Technician or Master Craftsman in Electrical Engineering, responsible for the autonomous planning, coordination, and execution of high-voltage plant technology projects within the energy distribution network. The successful candidate will manage the entire project lifecycle, including coordinating technical requirements with planning and execution departments, overseeing external service providers from commissioning to acceptance, and actively participating in integrated project management for new construction and modification projects. Key responsibilities also include serving as an incident manager in the primary technology on-call service, developing technical and economically viable concepts, creating complex fault and damage analyses, and ensuring regulatory compliance by developing internal guidelines and operating instructions. The position requires strong organizational skills, deep familiarity with distribution networks, and the ability to negotiate effectively with contractors and authorities.
