The successful candidate will be responsible for the continuous operation of national fixed-line and mobile communication services, including monitoring central UC-Backoffice systems, performing configurations on core Cisco Collaboration components (Cisco Meeting Server, CUCM, Phone/Video applications), and analyzing/resolving system disturbances.
