Job Summary

This role involves leading a 6-person team within technical building management for a pharmaceutical company in Hamburg, focusing on ensuring the operational safety and functionality of all building services systems. The Team Leader will be responsible for coordinating building technology, strictly adhering to maintenance, repair, and inspection deadlines, and independently planning and executing various projects. Key qualifications include a degree in Supply Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification (Technician/Master Craftsman level), combined with substantial experience in building services and cross-disciplinary knowledge (HVAC, M&R technology, construction). The position requires strong organizational skills, initial leadership experience, and fluent German proficiency, offering a high degree of autonomy and responsibility within a stable, family-owned pharmaceutical environment.
