Job Summary

This role involves training and mentoring apprentices in the fields of electrical engineering, electronics, energy, and control technology within a leading global technology company specializing in energy and automation. Day-to-day responsibilities include imparting specialized knowledge and practical skills according to training regulations, preparing apprentices for examinations, overseeing projects, and evaluating performance across technical, methodological, and social competencies. The position requires a completed qualification as an Electrician, preferably supplemented by further training as a Technician or Master Craftsman, coupled with several years of experience in vocational training or knowledge transfer. Key technical knowledge in control technology (SPS/VPS) and experience in commissioning and troubleshooting electrical and energy systems are essential. This is an attractive, permanent, full-time position (35-hour week) based in a major industrial and technology hub in Berlin, offering IG Metall-oriented compensation and long-term stability.

Required Skills

Education

Completed qualification as an Electrician. Further training as a Technician or Master Craftsman is desirable.
