Job Summary

This role offers an ambitious student the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the finance department of a leading real estate company in Munich, a subsidiary of Stadtsparkasse München. The Working Student will be integral in supporting core financial operations, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and contributing to various reports, quarterly announcements, and annual reports. A key responsibility involves assisting with the implementation of a new billing system and documenting/improving internal control processes. This position requires strong analytical skills, reliability, and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. It is an excellent opportunity for a student specializing in Finance or Accounting to work independently, take on responsibility, and function as a vital interface between the accounting team, the parent company, and external tax advisors, offering a high learning factor and a comprehensive view of the real estate sector.
