Job Summary

This role is for an experienced HVAC Specialist Planner focused on the design, planning, and project management of complex building services, specifically Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Sanitary (HVAC/S) systems, often including large commercial kitchens. You will be responsible for creating technical concepts, calculating system dimensions, and collaborating closely with architects and construction managers to ensure seamless project execution. Key responsibilities include preparing tender documents, overseeing technical implementation, and ensuring quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle, adhering strictly to current norms and regulations (e.g., DIN, VOB). The ideal candidate holds a degree in Building Services Engineering, possesses over eight years of professional experience in commercial real estate (especially shopping centers), and is proficient in planning software like AutoCAD and DDS-CAD.
