Job Summary

This is a key leadership role for an experienced Civil Engineer focused on managing and developing the municipal infrastructure of Nidda. The Team Lead will professionally guide the Civil Engineering department, overseeing two technical staff and four waterworks employees. Day-to-day responsibilities include the independent management of planning, tendering, and execution processes for civil engineering, road, water pipeline, bridge, and water body construction projects. A critical component of the role is taking responsibility for the city's drinking water infrastructure, coordinating municipal civil engineering measures, and serving as the primary technical and contractual contact for external engineering firms. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, coupled with strong organizational, negotiation, and leadership skills, and a proven track record in implementing deep-level construction projects while maintaining strict control over budget, cost, and scheduling.
