Job Summary

This role involves specialized surveying and measurement activities crucial for modern track construction and maintenance projects across Germany and neighboring countries. The successful candidate will perform track surveying, staking, and clearance profile measurements, working closely with tamping machine operators and clients. A key responsibility is operating and maintaining the newest, most innovative measurement technology from Trimble, Amberg, and Leica, along with associated software. You will also be responsible for processing and transferring measurement data to subsequent trades. Candidates should have a background in track construction, surveying, or operating tamping machines, and must be highly mobile and willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
