Job Summary

This role involves serving as a Senior IT Service Technician based in Vilnius, Lithuania, as part of a 24-month long-term assignment supporting the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). The technician will be responsible for providing comprehensive on-site IT services, including handling Incident and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) orders, and performing installation, commissioning, upgrades, and maintenance of hardware and software. Key duties also include the administration of IT infrastructures, networks, and server environments, alongside providing 1st and 2nd-level user support. Candidates must have a completed IT qualification, approximately three years of relevant field service experience, and be fluent in both German and English.
