Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding production activities, guaranteeing high product quality, meeting required quantities, and ensuring timely delivery. The Shift Leader is also responsible for implementing efficient, safe, and transparent production processes, adhering to quality and environmental management standards, and enforcing occupational safety and health measures. Key requirements include a completed technical vocational training, further qualification as a Master Craftsman or Technician, and several years of professional and leadership experience, ideally within the chemical industry.
