Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious IT professional focused on providing excellent technical assistance across hardware and software issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing 1st and 2nd level support, troubleshooting, and resolving IT incidents for employees. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining workstations, printers, and mobile devices, as well as installing and configuring operating systems and applications. Key qualifications include a completed IT apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office, and basic understanding of network technologies (LAN, WLAN, VPN).
