This role focuses on connecting people and technology by providing essential IT user support. A core function involves analyzing and resolving technical malfunctions within First and Second-Level Support, managing support requests via a ticketing system, and coordinating with internal IT departments and external partners. Key qualifications include a completed IT education (such as an IT Specialist for System Integration) or equivalent, profound knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office, and a basic understanding of network technologies.
