Your daily tasks will involve providing technical advice via phone, email, and remote maintenance, commissioning systems utilizing regulator and SCADA components, and participating in the release process for hardware and software products. You will conduct detailed error analyses, develop practical solutions, and relay customer feedback to product management for portfolio optimization. Furthermore, you will strengthen market success by conducting training sessions for clients and sales partners. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree or equivalent qualification in fields like Communications, Energy, Electrical, or Automation Technology, possesses strong German and good English skills, and is comfortable with international business travel (approx. 30 days/year).
