Job Summary

This role involves elevating technology solutions by planning, installing, and configuring complex IT systems and networks for major clients across various industries. Day-to-day responsibilities include the essential administration and maintenance of servers and workstations, ensuring high system availability and robust security. You will actively support IT project rollouts, perform detailed hardware and software troubleshooting, and maintain comprehensive documentation of all systems and processes. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, coupled with fundamental knowledge in Windows and Linux server administration, network management (LAN, WAN, VPN), and familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and modern IT security concepts.
