Job Summary

This role is ideal for a professional specializing in platform management and implementation, focusing on the maintenance, optimization, and development of core IT platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and enhancing the CRM platform, developing the Microsoft 365 SharePoint platform as a central Content Management System (CMS), and handling internal requests and ticket systems. A critical aspect involves designing seamless system integration between SAP and ServiceMax, along with connecting other necessary systems. The manager will also be responsible for training users, creating documentation, collaborating with departments to identify requirements, and driving digital solutions and innovation. Key qualifications include a relevant IT education, at least three years of experience with CRM, CMS, or ERP systems (specifically SharePoint, Salesforce/ServiceMax, and SAP), strong SAP ERP knowledge, and fluency in both German and English.
