Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive planning, project management, and implementation of Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MCR) systems and overall Building Automation (BA) technology. Day-to-day tasks include developing automation and control concepts, particularly for HVAC, energy, and building technical systems, and creating necessary documentation such as functional descriptions, wiring diagrams, and GA schematics. A key responsibility is the programming and parameterization of DDC/PLC controllers and visualization systems, along with integrating various subsystems using protocols like BACnet, Modbus, and KNX. The ideal candidate will coordinate subcontractors and specialists, oversee installation, commissioning, optimization, and final acceptance of the systems, and provide technical consulting to clients. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree or advanced training as a Technician/Master in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Building Automation, or Technical Building Equipment (TGA)

Experience

  • Experience in the HVAC environment is desirable
  • Knowledge in programming DDC/PLC systems
  • Experience with building management and visualization systems
  • Good knowledge of common communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, KNX)
