Job Summary
This role is ideal for an ambitious IT professional, whether a career starter or experienced expert, looking to advance technological solutions for leading IT providers and developers. Day-to-day responsibilities focus heavily on providing essential 1st and 2nd level IT support, including setting up and maintaining computer workstations, telephony, and client software. A critical part of the job involves diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, managing the IT ticket queue (analysis and prioritization), and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation. To succeed, candidates must possess a completed vocational training in IT (e.g., as an IT Specialist) or equivalent qualification, coupled with initial experience in support functions. Strong communication skills and fluency in German, along with good English skills, are mandatory for effective team collaboration and customer interaction.
