Job Summary

This role is ideal for a professional passionate about Pharma and Life Science, seeking a part-time position focused on maintaining regulatory compliance within purification and formulation processes. The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for processing and coordinating deviations, Out-of-Expectation (OOX) events, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs). Key responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for GMP, Bioburden, and monitoring topics, participating in cross-functional compliance projects, and assisting in creating risk assessments. A crucial part of the job involves supporting the department during audits, inspections, and client meetings by preparing deviation and OOX documentation and handling compliance inquiries in both German and English. The successful candidate must possess a relevant scientific degree or equivalent professional experience in a GMP environment and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
