As a Junior Hardware Developer, you will be responsible for the design and development of hardware solutions, ensuring compliance with specifications and requirements. Key day-to-day tasks include conducting simulations and tests to evaluate hardware performance and functionality, creating circuit and layout designs for printed circuit boards (PCBs), and performing fault analysis and troubleshooting for hardware issues. You will also be tasked with creating necessary technical specifications and documentation. Ideal candidates hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Physics, or a comparable field, and possess initial experience in hardware development, potentially gained through internships or personal projects. Good proficiency in both German and English (minimum B2 level) is required to succeed in this dynamic environment.
