Job Summary
This role is for an experienced Requirements Engineer focused on software within the automotive or embedded systems sector, driving the next generation of technology solutions. Key responsibilities include documenting requirements using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methods like SysML, analyzing and defining E/E system contexts and boundaries, particularly for engine electronics variants (RRPS), and conducting stakeholder interviews to gather system requirements. The engineer will be crucial in deriving system architectures, moderating software architecture creation, and ensuring requirement quality, completeness, and traceability. The ideal candidate possesses a technical degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, is proficient in Model-Driven Requirements Engineering (SysML, UML), and has a strong grasp of industry-standard requirements norms (e.g., IREB). Experience with Vector PREEvision is highly desirable, and the role requires both German and English language skills to effectively collaborate across internal and external interfaces.
