The Manager for IT Processes will be responsible for ensuring seamless information flow between systems, analyzing existing workflows, and identifying areas for improvement. A core function is the implementation of optimizations in close collaboration with specialist departments, focusing on central tools like PDM, ERP, and CPQ. The successful candidate will design and optimize future-oriented IT processes to enhance company-wide efficiency and quality, acting as the central contact person for process standards and interface management. Key requirements include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in change or project management, and proficiency in German and English.
