Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Quality Engineer specializing in electrification within the commercial vehicle segment, focusing on Zero Emission Vehicles (ZEV). The core responsibilities include handling escalated tickets, performing electrical fault analysis and remediation, and ensuring meticulous documentation management using systems like DIM. A critical part of the job involves conducting structured problem-solving processes, particularly utilizing the 8D methodology, and interviewing technical experts to identify root causes and define corrective actions. The engineer will also prepare and present project status updates and analysis results to internal and external stakeholders. This position requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Vehicle Technology, coupled with professional experience in truck electrification and 8D processes, offering the opportunity to contribute directly to technical solutions and optimization of electrification components for leading OEMs and suppliers.
