Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing complex technical projects, encompassing the coordination of all internal and external stakeholders. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring deadlines, budget adherence, and quality standards are met, alongside conducting project-related reporting and regular reviews. A significant part of the job includes maintaining and developing relationships with customers and suppliers, preparing proposals, performance specifications, and presentations. Furthermore, the role requires the conceptual development and refinement of technical training and educational equipment, coordinating with specialized departments such as development, purchasing, and manufacturing, and managing subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth information and process flow. Candidates should possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification, coupled with professional project management experience and proficiency in German and English (C1 level).
