Job Summary

This critical role involves leading implementation and project management efforts for a global pharmaceutical corporation in Frankfurt am Main, driving the site's digital transformation strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and steering the site-specific digital roadmap, focusing heavily on planning and prioritizing cross-functional digitalization and IT initiatives. Key activities include introducing and advancing Smart Factory solutions, conducting process analyses, and managing Opex/Capex budgets to ensure project objectives are met. The manager will also initiate and support change management measures and act as a key interface to global units. The position requires a technical or IT degree, several years of experience in digitalization projects, and familiarity with regulated industrial environments like Pharma. Offering an unlimited contract, a 37.5-hour work week, and 60% hybrid work flexibility, this is an excellent opportunity for a proactive manager with strong German and English communication skills to shape the future of pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in a technical, IT, or economic-technical field or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in digitalization projects
  • Several years of professional experience in project management
  • Experience in the analysis, optimization, and transformation of processes
  • Experience collaborating with international IT units and operational departments
  • Knowledge of regulated industrial environments, ideally Pharma or comparable
  • Experience in economic evaluations and benefit analyses
