This is a pivotal leadership role based in Berlin, focusing on expanding the local office and guiding significant electrical engineering projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading small and large projects across all HOAI service phases, specializing in strong and low current systems, communication technology, and Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MSR) technology. A critical component of this role involves mentoring and developing junior engineers and students into independent technical planners, directly contributing to the growth of the location. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, substantial professional experience (minimum 10 years), and proven project leadership in the field (minimum 5 years). Success requires strong technical skills, excellent knowledge of HOAI/VOB, proficiency in CAD/calculation software, and the social competence necessary to build and inspire the team.
