Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the stable operation, administration, and continuous development of Microsoft-based IT infrastructures within a modern Managed Services environment in Erfurt. The professional will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs), alongside comprehensive system operations including patching, release, and change management. A key focus is on virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix), managing hybrid cloud scenarios integrating on-premise infrastructure with Azure AD, and maintaining robust security and endpoint protection using tools like ESET. Furthermore, the position requires implementing backup and disaster recovery measures with Acronis and significantly contributing to automation and performance optimization using PowerShell scripting for tasks such as user management and backups. The ideal candidate holds relevant IT qualifications, professional experience in Managed Services, and specific certifications like MCSA Windows Server 2016 and Microsoft Azure Administrator.
