This role involves developing cutting-edge embedded hardware for high-voltage (HV) systems in the Automotive E-Mobility sector, focusing on components like charging inlets, EVCCs, and Power Distribution Units. The Development Engineer will be responsible for designing and laying out printed circuit boards (PCBs), including thick-film and thick-copper PCBs, specifically for high-current applications. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with critical automotive standards (ISO 16750, ISO 26262, LV124, LV148), conducting hardware tests, and managing requirements and documentation using Polarion and Siemens Teamcenter. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Electrical Engineering and several years of experience in embedded hardware development, coupled with expertise in HV components like contactors and fuses.
