This role involves supporting the State Building Authority of Freiburg in realizing diverse federal construction projects, focusing heavily on civil engineering, urban water management, and construction operations. The engineer will be integrated into interdisciplinary teams, taking on responsibilities in planning and construction management for new buildings, particularly concerning civil engineering and open spaces. Key day-to-day tasks include independently managing civil engineering projects, such as implementing supply and disposal concepts on federal properties, overseeing maintenance measures for engineering structures and traffic facilities, and acting as the client representative. The position requires a university degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Urban Water Management or Construction Operations, and strong German language skills. Required Skills
Education

Experience

- Experience coordinating and supervising external engineering offices.
- Willingness to work within the specific procedures of a construction administration.
