Job Summary

This role is for an experienced PCB Layout Designer responsible for independently creating circuit board layouts based on developer specifications. Key day-to-day tasks involve designing complex layouts, ranging from double-sided boards and multilayers to intricate flexible PCBs. The designer will also be crucial in advising hardware developers on design rules and best practices, maintaining and expanding component libraries, and generating necessary documentation and manufacturing data. The ideal candidate brings several years of experience in PCB layout, specific knowledge of EMC-compliant design, and proficiency in laying out both analog and digital circuits. Experience with the PADS Professional PCB layout tool is a significant advantage.
