Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician to support an automotive supplier across multiple German locations, specifically based near Ebern and Bad Rodach. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure, including the installation and basic configuration of hardware and software, managing rollouts, and providing both remote and on-site support for technical issues. The technician will be responsible for timely resolution of IT problems, system setup, network configuration, and comprehensive documentation within the ticketing system. This position requires strong technical problem-solving skills, accountability for system installation and connectivity, and occasional on-call duty. The successful candidate will join Setcomp, a subsidiary of Comarch S.A., on a permanent contract basis (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung), emphasizing professionalism and integrity in customer relations.
