Job Summary
This role is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated student enrolled in an IT-related field, business administration, or industrial engineering to gain practical experience within the IT department of a leading social services organization in Bonn. The Working Student will be crucial in managing day-to-day IT operations, including handling requests via the ticketing system, and supporting the full lifecycle management of IT endpoints and applications—from procurement and installation to configuration and decommissioning. Key responsibilities also involve setting up mobile devices, maintaining inventory and master data (including purchasing and warranty processing), and contributing to the internal and external knowledge base (FAQs). Ideal candidates will possess a strong customer and service orientation, a hands-on approach, and the willingness to proactively contribute ideas to process improvement, working 19.5 hours per week on a fixed-term contract.

Experience
