Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position in Stuttgart seeks a dedicated Production Specialist to join a team focused on manufacturing high-quality chemical products, specifically paints and lacquers. The role involves hands-on operation and monitoring of complex production and conveyor systems, ensuring high standards of quality control and process documentation. Day-to-day tasks include preparing equipment, mixing dyes and lacquers, separating and cleaning substance mixtures, and managing the safe storage and transport of materials. Candidates must possess technical understanding of chemical processes, experience in chemical production or a relevant qualification, and a strong commitment to safety and quality-oriented work. The position operates on a weekly rotating two-shift model (early and late shifts) and requires excellent reliability and teamwork.
