Job Summary
This role involves overseeing, managing, and documenting new construction, renovation, and expansion projects for municipal buildings in Hanau. The specialist will be responsible for modernization and maintenance according to HOAI §15, leading construction measures, and acting as the client representative for projects with external architectural firms. A key aspect is preparing planning service tenders. After an initial training period, there is an opportunity to lead the four-person Electrical Department team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical engineering, relevant professional experience, a strong cost-consciousness, and a commitment to climate protection and sustainability in energy consumption.
