This role offers an excellent opportunity for a Junior Production Specialist to join a renowned research pharmaceutical company in Biberach an der Riß. The specialist will be crucial in ensuring the timely execution of preparatory and core production activities. Day-to-day responsibilities involve operating and meticulously cleaning complex preparation equipment, such as autoclaves and industrial washers, and performing regular production processes while strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations. A key component of the job is maintaining precise, compliant electronic and written documentation for all tasks performed. Candidates must bring prior experience in cleaning and disinfection of large-scale production facilities, ideally within a cGMP setting, coupled with a fundamental technical understanding and proficiency in MS Office applications. This position requires a high degree of responsibility, structured work habits, and mandatory flexibility for 2-shift and weekend work schedules.
